About this privacy policy

This privacy policy isn’t just here to tell you what information Trusty collects, and how we store, use, transfer, and delete it. It’s also here to tell you what your rights are in relation to your personal information. Our aim is not just to comply with privacy law - it’s to earn your trust and do right by you. (After all, we couldn’t call ourselves Trusty if we weren’t reliable ourselves!)
Trusty is owned by Sangha Brands. As such, your Personal Information is handled and processed by Sangha Brands. When you use Trusty, Sangha Brands will only use the information detailed below, and only for the purposes and scope within the Trusty environment.

  • Request copies of your data, and a breakdown of what data Trusty is retaining.  Ask us for a copy of personal data you provided us by emailing - we promise we’ll get back to you within 7 days.
  • Change or correct personal data. You can edit any personal data that we have by emailing
  • Ask us to stop using or limit our use of your personal data in certain circumstances—for example, if we have no lawful basis to keep using your data, or if you think your personal data is inaccurate.

Information we collect & How we use it

In order to give you the best possible user experience with Trusty, we at Sangha Brands need to collect information from your interactions with our network. Some of this information you actively and willingly tell us about - for example your email address, which we use to communicate with you, or your Facebook profile. We may collect other information based on actions you take while interacting with Trusty. We may collect and retain your:
