1. Figure out what’s not working. I use conversion optimisation tools and techniques to zero in on areas for improvement—whether it’s the length of your copy, the pain points you’re addressing, or something else.

2. Write new copy. After forming a hypothesis about what would improve your conversions, I craft new copy that takes into account your readers’ motivations, awareness level, buying intent and anxieties.

3. Validate ideas. When appropriate, I evaluate copy using online testing tools and fine-tune it before you push it live.

4. Provide variants for testing. I can provide you with additional copy variants (e.g for headlines or ad copy), so you can carry out further testing later.

Although this process works best on websites and landing pages, I can also help you optimise the copy in PPC ads and emails.
